Ashley Dunn

Communications Chair

Ashley Dunn is a Manager, Digital Engagement, DXP at Comcast.




Ashley started her career in e-commerce copywriting and higher education marketing before coming to Comcast in 2018. She quickly transitioned from Customer Communications to Operations Communications in 2019. She educated customers and frontline employees about cable, internet, voice, home security and mobile services through nationally visible support communications. She recently joined the Digital Platforms and Experience (DXP) team to ensure consistent storytelling about the team’s work.

She joined WICT in April 2022, quickly jumping into all available opportunities. She was a mentee in the 2022 WICT Mentoring Program and was awarded the New England Chapter scholarship to attend the 2022 WICT Leadership Conference. She’s thrilled to join the board, and can’t wait to support other WICT New England members!

Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Communications from Chestnut Hill College in PA. Her long-term goal is to finish her Master’s degree in Public Communications from Drexel University Online.

She’s a newer CT resident (moved from PA to CT in 2020) and currently lives in Guilford, with her husband and two sons.
