About

Ashley’s career includes eCommerce copywriting, higher education marketing, and telecommunications experience. At Comcast, she improved customer communications, then educated customers and frontline employees about cable, internet, voice, home security and mobile services through nationally visible operations and support communications. Her latest roles were in digital experience, chief of staffing for digital leadership, ensuring consistent internal storytelling about the team’s work, and about the residential digital strategy. She’s currently on assignment at Charter Communications improving digital customer communications.

She joined WICT in April 2022, quickly jumping into all available opportunities. She was a mentee in the 2022 WICT Mentoring Program between WICT NE and Philadelphia, and was awarded the New England Chapter scholarship to attend the 2022 WICT Leadership Conference. Ashley was also the WICT Leadership Conference Lucille Larkin scholarship recipient in 2023. She’s thrilled to be on the board for the third year supporting our members!

Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Communications from Chestnut Hill College in PA. She also has an EdX certification in Agile Project Management Principles and Practices. Her long-term goal is to finish her Master’s degree in Strategic and Digital Communications from Drexel University Online.

While Ashley is originally from PA, she has lived in CT for the last five years. Currently, she lives in Guilford in an old farmhouse by a river, with her husband, two sons, and dog.
