In this role, she oversees media relations and strategic communications and is a member of the region’s senior leadership team. She also serves as a company spokesperson.

Tania Eicoff is a Senior Studio Operator at ESPN. She is a video, camera, and jib operator for most shows at ESPN.   Prior to relocating to Connecticut, she worked at NECN. She grew up in the Boston area, which helps explain her passion for all Boston sports.

Anna Lucey joined the New England Connectivity and Telecommunications Association (NECTA) in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Legislative and External Affairs. Prior to working at NECTA, Anna put to work her years of experience developing public policy at her own Massachusetts’ focused public policy consulting firm, A. Lucey Strategies, representing businesses and organizations with concerns before Massachusetts state government officials.

Ashley’s career includes eCommerce copywriting, higher education marketing, and telecommunications experience. At Comcast, she improved customer communications, then educated customers and frontline employees about cable, internet, voice, home security and mobile services through nationally visible operations and support communications. Her latest roles were in digital experience, chief of staffing for digital leadership, ensuring consistent internal storytelling about the team’s work, and about the residential digital strategy. She’s currently on assignment at Charter Communications improving digital customer communications.

Christina (Chris) Draper DeLaat serves as a Transmission Supervisor within Content Platforms and Operations for Disney Entertainment and Technology at ESPN. Recently promoted to this role, Chris brings over 25 years of experience from the Network Operations Group at Disney Entertainment and Technology. In her current position, she oversees the management of thousands of incoming feeds to Bristol, ensuring seamless transmission across ESPN’s multiple platforms and Disney Streaming Services.

Jennifer joined ESPN in 2007, where she started as a temp staffer in a startup department. Since then, she has been promoted numerous times and is now a director in the Stats & Analysis Team. She oversees a team of 90+ that are responsible for the data management of all sports and stats across ESPN. This includes schedules, play-by-play, scores, stats, box scores, and so much more.
