WICT New England hosted its Mentor Year-End Event at the Citizen Wine Bar in Worcester, Massachusetts on Thursday, December 3rd. The event gathered mentors and protégés to catch up with each other in person and wrap up the 2015 WICT New England Mentor Program.
Mentoring is a privileged relationship between a more experienced person and a less experienced person where learning and development happens and a mutual relationship grows. The WICT New England Mentor Program is 12 months long (January to December). The program’s goal is to develop women who transform our industry by creating mentoring relationships among WICT members.
Over 50 employees from various departments across different organizations were part of the 2015 WICT Mentor Program. During the year, WICT offered their members the opportunities to connect, create relationships and network with industry leaders and colleagues.
