About

Cynthia has extensive background in Telecommunications industry with over 20 years of experience. She is currently an employee of Charter Communications located in Stamford, CT as a Lead Business Analyst. In her current role she supports Location Lifecycle Management program driving efficiencies to track/manage service locations. In her previous role at Charter, she performed analysis of process breaks and provided solutions for business process improvements. Cynthia is a former employee of AT&T and throughout her tenure has held several positions supporting upfront ordering and backend provisioning applications.

She joined WICT in 2022 and has supported the New England chapter attending several events throughout the years. She was awarded the chapter scholarship to attend the WICT 2023 Leadership Conference in New York City. It was the conference that inspired her and spiked an interest to be more involved in the WICT organization. She’s excited to serve on the board as the new Membership Chair (2024-2025).  

Cynthia was born and raised in CT, and currently lives in Hamden, with her husband. She enjoys reading, gardening, working out and loves spending time with family and friends.
