2018 October Event Speaker Bios

Judith Rudge Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Comcast

My competitive spirit set in as a tender 9 year old – when I won a bare-foot race down the streets of my childhood neighborhood in Suriname (Go ahead Google it!)

After 12+ years in campus + high volume recruiting and employment branding, I get just as excited today with winning by bringing brilliant people together to accelerate innovation and grow awesome products.

I’m best known for truly partnering with my leaders to help them think differently and inspiring the talent I work with to reach their personal and professional goals.

I am also focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting organizations and projects that I really care about. I facilitate high school financial aid workshops for immigrant parents, I volunteer monthly at the food bank, and I donate my ideas and time to several environmental sustainability non-profits. I’m creating magic – 1 hire at a time. Want to make magic with me?
