Sue Palmieri is the Greater Boston Region’s Care Director, in Chelmsford, MA for Comcast.
Sue began her professional career at Comcast in 1995. After a few short years as a Customer Account Representative she was promoted into leadership as a Supervisor and quickly within a year of that, another promotion to Senior Manager. As a Manager Sue lead a variety of professional teams, from Operations Support, Business Operations, to Executive Customer Care, Billing and Research, Retention, and Real-Time Operations. In March 2012 Sue was promoted into a Director position for the Northeast Division ROC, and two years later she was promoted into her current role as Senior Director of Customer Care in Chelmsford for the Greater Boston Region.
Not only is Sue respected, she’s been recognized for inspiring high performing and productive teams, while driving employee engagement. She’s an accomplished leader with a distinguished history of revitalizing front line Call Center teams, Customer Care Support teams and Call Center Operations. She has in depth knowledge of Call Center Operations, process improvement, strategic development and general operations, also excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills. Sue’s a well-balanced leader with strong relationship building skills and is an effective people leader with a proven track record of successfully preparing leaders and employees at all levels for promotional opportunities.
Supporting her local community, empowering woman in the workplace, and continuing in her own professional development are all integral to Sue.
In addition to Sue volunteering and working multiple Comcast Cares Day events, she’s also is a member of the SCTE (New England Chapter) and is actively involved in WICT (Women in Cable Television). Sue was named WICT New England’s Leader of Change in 2014.
