Nicole is in her eighth year with the Stats & Info Group at ESPN. She is the Senior Director of Product Development, responsible for the development and implementation of a suite of products and tools that allow content teams across ESPN to produce and integrate storylines with base and advanced statistics. She oversees significant company-wide initiatives that span all areas of Content and Technology and working with multiple departments and numerous vendors. Products can range from interactive and virtual graphic executions to a variety of web media and mobile applications. Through this role, she engages colleagues across the organization to optimize performance at all levels and does so while managing the needs of diverse stakeholders. In addition, she helps lead a staff of more than 230 part- and full-time employees around the globe who generate content across all media platforms.
Nicole earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2000. She entered the industry in 1997 working on the sports desk of the Gainesville Sun. Following graduation she took a managerial position for Knight Enterprises, one of the largest, privately-owned communications infrastructure providers in North America. At Knight, she rebranded and launched multiple new businesses, one of which saw a sales increase by 48% following the first year under her purview.
Over the course of her career, Nicole has amassed more than 15 years of management experience in various industries. She was named 2013 WICT’s Woman to Watch and has held a board position with the WICT New England Chapter since 2012. She’s also a proud member of NAMIC.
Nicole currently lives in West Hartford, CT and is a mother of two.
