Debra Goulding

Membership Chair

Debra Goulding is approaching her 18th year with Comcast.    She started as a Customer Service Representative and quickly worked her way through several aspects of the business including Operations Support Coach, Residential Sales Supervisor and Outbound Sr. Sales Manager.  Debra has spent the last 6 years as a Sr. Sales Manager in the Business Services Group.  In this capacity Debra is responsible for driving the sales activity to optimize the performance of the Business Sales channel in the division’s center of excellence. She collaborates with regions and other functional groups to develop, coordinate, and implement best practices relating to sales effectiveness and processes. Before Comcast Debra has worked as an Administrative assistant at Calvin Klein and MIT Lincoln Labs.

Debra has been a member of WICT New England since 2011.  Her desire to become more involved with WICT has led her to her first position on the Board.  Debra lives in Nashua NH with her Family and is involved in Breast Cancer awareness and fund raising.
