Chap is an experienced strategist and leader with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Chap is focused on customer experience, developing operational excellence and streamlining processes as drivers of revenue improvement. Chap builds teams that deliver a superior customer experience to drive growth, loyalty and raving fans.
Chap is responsible for managing the Atlantic Broadband system serving over 60,000 homes in the eastern Connecticut communities of New London, East Lyme, Waterford, Montville, Greswold, Plainfield, Sterling, Killington and Putnam. Prior to joining Atlantic Broadband, Chap was Vice-President of Customer Services for OnProcess Technology responsible for overseeing the broadband/wireless customer care organization. Before that, Chap was General Manager, Director of Service Centers and Senior Director of Marketing and Sales in Comcast New England region. Chap has overseen over 200 Call Center agents and over 200 field operations technicians during his career.
Chap holds a B.A. degree from Hobart College and his M.A.L.S. degree from Dartmouth College.
