The Inspire Award is given to chapters who score a minimum of 90 points on The Model Chapter Business Plan (MCBP). The MCBP provides guidelines for WICT chapter success in the areas of:
- Membership
- Programming
- Finance
- Governance
- Marketing and Communications/ Branding
- Philanthropy/ Giving Back
The Chapter Volunteer of the Year is awarded to one individual, who has shown exemplary volunteer support of WICT during the recent membership year and whose contributions have added significantly to the mission of the organization.
